Eric Tomomi Shigeno

I think this is an important piece of expanding information that needs to be applied to Doctor Eric Tomoni Shigeno's background details. Ultimately, a fault and responsibility against Doctor Shigeno remain unrepairable. My name is James Martin Driskill and Doctor Shigeno was my HIV Doctor in the CLINIC in San Bernardino up into he terminated my provider care in March of 2019. In fact, that has been the very last HIV Doctor that has actually treated my condition. Doctor Shigeno's official reason for death was a stroke but I must and will always challenge that notion when you bring into a full perspective the history between him and me and a greater issue that is surrounding this that I will leave off this note right now.  On the last day of medical services, I attempted to share with Doctor Shigeno a conversation that goes into reviews and postings on Twitter to the CDC HIV Director [ @DrMerminCDC ].  The clinic itself had a Twitter account [ @BorregoHealth ].  I was unable to bring forward this topic and discussion and was shut down by the Doctor. The excuse he actually expressed to me.  "He would not have time".  From that point time forward, I attempted to correct the doctor's position with communications via FAX.  In this timeframe, Doctor Shigeno was not responsive to my communications and actually filed in civil court against me a complaint and restraining order about harassment. Absolutely, there can not be considered a threat in the content that I directed into his care. First to this defense was the AMA Journal of Ethics positions of Doctor/Patient relationships and then onto the role of myself as the owner of an information network that is actually a peacebuilding mission.  No threat possible to identify, The mere mention of the phrases without any other words "Mass Murder" and "Mass Shooting" generated Doctor Shigeno to file a complaint against me. I most likely referenced the major mass shooting event of December 2015 in San Bernardino. All of these are a part of the content that I was directed into the care of my DOCTORS that have NO RELIABLE REFERRAL and I was LEFT OUT TO DRY with no community voice. NOTHING I DO -- IS WORTHY OF ANYTHING BUT TO DESTROY! Just for the mere need to have a conversation -- to confer a discussion and begin that discussion with viability -- TRUTHFULLY and HONESTLY and REAL! A conversation is what is the issue that breaks all attempts to have this discussion is the most important thing I must do, I will die first if a doctor can not have such a discussion. PERIOD! The future-forward is dire, grave, and fatal in that regard. I was indeed attempting to express the position of my mission work on how to stop these mass gun shootings. So and through this period after the Doctor terminated my care with no referral to any other doctor, I did receive a visit from the San Bernardino Police Department. They mentioned a restraining order but did not disclose who was making a complaint. It is obvious how bad and ugly this matter is. I did tell the Police Officers that I would violate such a restraining order. Even though Dr. Shigeno terminated my care in March of 2019, and knew there was no really viable referral issued, he was indeed reauthorizing the refill of my medications up until his death as noted on this Intelius report on April 10th, 2020.  This date is approximately 10 days after I violated the restraining order and is also quite revealing is the fact the matter underneath and so supposed invisible happening in this, a research paper appears at the National Institutes of Health in an Internet Narrative cultural identity phenomena that I did not become aware of until late of 2019. in March of 2019, the mere mention of the undertone of circumstances was sufficient enough for the doctor to terminate my care. The death of Doctor Shigeno is more likely not from a stroke, but from suicide in the view of my violating the restraining order, the materials that were directed to him prior, and the materials that I directed to violate the restraining order itself.  I had not yet known about the April 6th, 2020 posting on this cultural identity subject.  Obviously, this matter is affecting much more than just a single individual and doctor relationship for the research findings to appear on the National Institutes of Health for mental health considerations. April 2020 has been the last ability to be on any kind of medication treatment for HIV disease.  Not that I am being irresponsible with this condition of treatment breakage. I have attempted to get and reset several times with my Humana PRIMARY CARE to a REFFERAL to an Infection Disease Specialist.  Several times, all hope is lost that the doctors can indeed perform this ability over disability function to have a proper conversation in regards to this topic.  This is not my responsibility to balance but is indeed the doctor's side of REQUIRED APPLICATION OF THE LAW they REFUSE to TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR! Onto this matter, and into these comments at this point in time, 2022, I hold beyond a reasonable doubt [ court level showing evidence ] that what is the reality that is causing the mass shootings and various other involvements. I do indeed have a peace-building mission information technology network. One would think that would be something to look up to and respect, but no, I must be put into all restrictions against what is called Disability Inclusion that is found on the CDC website. My accounts on Truthfinder are suspended from my ability to use them.  No violations that I have done to the effect of the unilateral decisions are based on the view of my need to bring forward these truths. On Intelius, this platform style neither proves nor disproves anything without me doing a bit of research. HOW THAT MAY BE, if should there be the same kind of silence -- because it is indeed that HUGE of an IMPACT across all of our informational technologies on the web, YES I KNOW THE MATTER AT HAND - EXACTLY WHAT IT IS!  Please do not insult my intelligence to not acknowledge this by reacting to this post holding your role on Intelois to also be obstructionist.
